Gifu see no change in their extensive injury list.

Makito Yoshida is Ehime's only reported injury. Takanori Maeno is suspended for one game for reaching four yellow cards for the season.

Suspended: None

Doubtful: None

Injured/Unavailable: Michiya Okamoto (knee surgery), Hayate Nagakura (knee), Yuta Togashi (knee surgery), Yuki Aizu (Achilles), Osamu Henry Iyoha (broken toe)

Suspended: Takanori Maeno (one game)

Doubtful: None

Injured/Unavailable: Makito Yoshida (dislocated foot)

Gifu lost 2-0 at Montedio in J2 last weekend. They now have three draws in their last six league games and will be heartened to see that FC Ehime lost last weekend, also, and will have lost any momentum they might have had coming into this game. With their next three games being FC Ehime, Machida Zelvia and Kagoshima United FC (a game in hand), it is not inconceivable that Gifu could get five, six or even nine points from these games to stage a great escape. Their record recently is comparable to Ehime's and home advantage may tip the scales their way.

Ehime went down 1-0 at home to Albirex Niigata last weekend in J2. Being nine points away from the relegation places and going nowhere their motivation may be gone after a long, difficult season and they may find it hard work to go to the bottom team and get anything from the game. Gifu will be desperate, motivated and will have worked out that the next three games are the key.

Gifu to take this one and bring on their last chance to escape relegation. That home advantage may be the key to them grabbing a single goal and holding on to the points!

While Gifu have only one win in seven league games, they have conceded just eight goals in those games, and scored four themselves. Not very high scoring games. Ehime have not kept a clean sheet in 10 league games and Gifu will be defending deeply and in number and looking for the break and a single goal to win the game.

In J2 matches between these two teams last season each team won their away match, while earlier this season we saw Ehime win 2-0 at home in the league.
